  • Assist production manager in any assigned tasks related to producing, bottling, packaging, labeling, shipping products, and maintaining machines.
  • Accurately and safely operate machinery according to training instruction
  • Work efficiently to reach hourly and daily goals
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Maintain strict quality standards for all products and packaging

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Organize daily tasks
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions and details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Other duties as assigned
