How You’ll Fit In As A Walker Tape® Employee

TAKE YOUR BIRTHDAY OFF & CALL OUT SICK (REALLY!)

Once you're hired, you'll be granted 44 hours of paid time off. After six months, you'll earn an additional 60 hours.

You'll continue to gain PTO based on your years with Walker Tape®. Once you've reached your fifth year, you'll have earned 184 total allotted hours.

You'll be a W-2 employee with fantastic health insurance. Walker Tape® covers 90% of the premiums for your medical, vision, and dental insurance.

We also cover 100% of the premium for a $50,000 life insurance policy for you, and $10,000 for your spouse and each of your dependents!

We’re profitable, resourceful, and growing. Walker Tape® was started in 1985 and we haven’t taken a break yet. We’ve loved building this business which has boosted people’s self esteem and has made a positive impact on people’s lives.
