- Saturate a Sponge Brush with 99% Alcohol.
- Apply a thin layer evenly across your client’s scalp, or the area you wish to sanitize. Wait a few seconds for the alcohol to evaporate.
- If you are installing a hair system, apply 99% Alcohol first, followed by a scalp protector, and then your tape or adhesive.
Q. Can I use 99% Alcohol to remove my hair system?
A. We do not recommend using 99% Alcohol to remove your system, as it can dry out the hairs of your unit. A solvent remover such as C-22 Solvent or Action Remover will better help during removal.
Q. Can I soak my hair system in 99% Alcohol to clean it?
A. No! 99% Alcohol can dry out and damage the fibers of your hair system, making it unwearable. If you are looking to do a solvent soak, Walker Solvent or Rapid Release are made specifically to do so.
